Please submit a maintenance request form so that we can address your concerns as quickly as possible. Conditions such as a marker that has sunk down or cracked, grass that is patchy or overgrown, vases that are broken, the hole where the vase sits needs to be clean out of dirt, gopher mounds clean up, etc. Depending on the number of upcoming services and staff availability requests may take up to 10 business days to complete.  If it is a broken marker that will be assessed by the District Manager and Grounds if it was caused by equipment, if so, it can take up to 2 to 3 months depending on the availability of the memorial company doing the repairs.  If marker damage was not caused by equipment, such as outside elements, aging, weather damage etc. the family will be responsible for repair. If the District Manager requires additional information, you will be contacted by phone to the # you provide.  After we have completed the request, we will contact you and send photos of the completed request by text or email.
